ARC WBCCI President Stan Patterson (KK4PF) and the Executive Board would like to thank Sam Haynes (WA4ICK) for his years of service as Director of Nets and East/Central net manager. Sam is planning to continue as a NCS for the East/Central net, and we look forward to his continuing leadership in that role.
