Sam’s wife Elizabeth called my home this morning at 7:25 am ET to report that she took Sam to hospital Friday night and that he was admitted. She had just returned home to get some sleep.
I called Saturday afternoon to check on Sam’s situation but did not get Elizabeth as she was at the hospital. She returned my call tonight and left a message that Sam is experiencing internal bleeding and the doctors as yet have not identified the source, but that Sam would be undergoing tests Sunday morning to identify the cause.
