Steve Rossi (K4OBL) welcomes Jim Cocke (N5RTG) is a new Substitute Net Controller for the Eastern/Central RV Service Net. Jim is a former president of the Amateur Radio Club of the WBCCI, the sponsor of the RV Service Nets. Jim also served as the International President of the Wally Byam Caravan Club International, the Airstream Club.
