Former ARC WBCCI President Bert Hays (W0AZA) is a Silent Key. He served as the Club’s President 1990-1991.

Bert was a very well regarded past president of his local Airstream Club in Missouri as well as past president of the ARC WBCCI.
Bert served in the US Army in WWII in Europe. He retired from the FAA where he was a computer technician.
